Manually Releasing SPAM from Xeams

If you wish to manually view and manage your email repositories (Spam Messages, Possible Spam Messages, etc.), you can do so using the Xeams web portal.  To access, open the URL given you by your service provider, then login using your email address and password.  Once logged in, you will be presented with your account overview of emails:

To see your current list of blocked emails, click on Total Spam Messages.  This will take you to the list of emails that have been held in the Spam repository:

You can hover your mouse over the Subject of each email to see a summary of the email:

To view the full email without releasing/restoring it, click on the message subject:

(Use your browser’s back button to return to the list of emails in order to process this or other emails):

To mark an email as good and release it, check the checkbox(es) next to the email(s) you wish to process, and click the Mark as Good button above.  This will take you to the same page you use when release emails via your Summary Report.  You will be presented with 3 options for whitelisting and releasing the selected email:

  • Select the first option to add “sender@domain.com” to white list. Any future e-mails from this address will be accepted.
  • Select the second option to add “domain.com” to white list. Any future e-mails from this domain will be accepted. IMPORTANT: It is very easy to fake the senders address in an email. Therefore, do NOT white list a common domain like AOL.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com or any other popular domain.  Use this only if you know the company that owns the domain and want to receive emails from any person inside that company (e.g. allegiance-it.com)
  • Select the third option to restore the message. This message will be appear in your INBOX in a few minutes.
